As a chair of Oberlin's Queer Student Athlete Group (QSAG) I was thrilled for our first offical pride night. We had gone all out for our womens soccer team. Including baked goods & student/local orginizations in attendance. While we may have lost attendance halfway due to the rain, for the first pride night the turnout was pretty good! Oberlin even ended up winning 2-1 in the end with a fantastic comeback. Being able to see the work and effort we put in over the summer finally pay off in our first of many pride nights truly made my evening.
